ICE Save- Safe?

I've currently got my money invested with ING. After their ridiculous excuse not to raise rates, I've decided I want to move. The difference between them and the market leader could mean £150 a year for me.
Would ICE Save give me any grounds for concern? (considering that they are Icelandic?)
I'm not an expert on Banking Code so that's why I'm asking what may be a dumb question.
Cheers.

ING are Dutch

Icesave are covered by the FSA I believe which means that the usual compensation rules apply. Hope that helps.
