Holiday pay

In June July last year I was made redundant.
I have just realised that I think I was underpaid my holiday pay.
Does my former employer still have to pay me this?
I would of course that the answer is yes.

    Hi davholla,

The short answer would be to check your employement contract, as this will have the conditions for paying your unused holiday pay. A lot of the times they include how the calulation for unused holiday pay will be calculated on employement termination.

I have just be made redundant and my employeer is paying me my un-used from the start of this year to when they have terminated my employement contract. According to my contract this is 1/365 of my annual pay for each day of remaining holiday. But yours may be different.

    Good luck

    I've been Money Tipped!
Thanks for that but assuming that they did underpay - are they still obliged to pay me this.

You would not be able to do this through Tribunal as you only have 3 months to raise a claim.
