At the yearly review can my IP ask to see my wifes bank statements?

Is she involved in the IVA?
The IP can ask but if she's not involved in the IVA then it's really none of their concern. The will likely ask for wage slips which is really fair enough as they need to calculate a fair contribution from youWould you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?

Hello thanks Charco, No she isnt involved in the IVA, the wage slips = no problem, the bank accounts my wifes just doesnt want my IP to have them0
