Barclays Professional & Career Development Loan

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with regards to how long Barclays take to get back to you once you have sent in your application?

Also, I have a good credit history (never missed a repayment or even made a late payment) but I do have a lot of debt and I am using around 90% of my total credit. Will this likely lead to my application being rejected?
