Praise for asda and MSE

Over the last two years i have brought over 4 cameras for asda, all are fautly(all the same brand) normall i have taken them back in time before the 12 months -normally with in a month. This time i forgot, i misplaced the camera and when i got to the store it was a month out of warranty.

The lady at the till said i cant do anything, call the manufactur-which i have done, no help- as i was about to leave i remembered the tip sheet martin lewis had made up-always in my purse- and that things have to last a resonable time.

I asked for the manager, and as the camera was barely used i was given a full refund via voucher. They dont have to but he did. Well done asda and thanks from mse

It's nice they did that. What brand is it, though? If it goes wrong that often, you should warn us to avoid.

I'm pleased to hear you had a good outcome, rgay... but I'm not sure I'd have bought the third one, and certainly not the fourth! ;)

    Out of interest, what does 'over 4' mean? 5? 86? 1,300? :D

brettcta's teasing you about your use of 'brought'. (Should have been bought).

They were trying to be helpful, they were trying to illustrate that "brought" doesn't mean "bought" so that you didn't look like an idiot in the future.
