has anyone had any experience after personal injury for a gratuitous care claim after a car accident, specifically for whiplash, back an neck problems?

how likely it is ill get what im asking for even backed up by independent orthopedic consultant. i always feel that people claiming whiplash are seen as fakers and never get near to what they ask for. because im 22 and the consultant said my problems are indefinate, its quite a large sum of money.0
