we moved back to edinburgh last year [august]informed SG/BG change of address they have promised by email phone calls they will alter it with 6 weeks they didnt after getting calls from their complaints depts,that they are `at this moment changing it` they didn't getting me down the b*wbags,eventually yesterday I got an email from an adviser saying it has now been changed displaying my address in bold,the wrong bl*ody address:mad:,rang them lady said `sorry` I`ll have the gent who sent the email to call you at 1 pm,they didnt:mad: 9 months and it`s still wrong what the hell are they doing to me.:(

I'm afraid my last posts about the unremittingly !!!!! nature of Scottish Gas got deleted and I got a warning, so it seems sad that they are no better today.

Oh dear, I had problems too and found the telephone operators a nightmare.

All I can suggest is you write a complaint letter again detailing all the facts, not much help I know.

Alternatively, tell em tae away n boil their heids afore ye set aboot em;).
