Bread rolls? That way you don't need the loaf tin

What we in Northern Ireland call wheaten bread, and the rest of the world calls soda bread.
350g strong white flour
100g wholemeal flour
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
300 mls luke warm water
Combine dry ingredients, rub in the yoghurt, as if making pastry, add water to bind. Knead gently on a floured board until smooth, roll into a large flattish ball and cook at GM 7 for about 30 mins.
Great with soup, or with cheese. Freezes well. Dead easy to make.0 -
the same way you would use normal flour: pizza base etc0
