IVA problems

Options
Hello there,
A while ago, I started a thread with this forum about IVA disputes.
NOW a fresh but serious problem have come up. People might think that by the end of the IVA everything would be written off.
But in this case, I would like at least some money back of which I am entitled to in the first place. By the way, I am entitled to the FIRST £ 500 or any rewards, refunds etc BEFORE the rest goes into the IVA, this DOES include PPI refunds.
The matter at hand.
Egg has sold my loan balance on to bailiffs which included a PPI payment which belong to my IP which WASN'T reduced in my loan way back in October 2009. Under the IVA rules, a CREDITOR is NOT allowed to TAKE ANY FURTHER ACTION during the period of the IVA.
Also, Egg didn't pay my IP the remainder of my PPI which was reduced in my loan balance before they sold it on to bailiffs.

What do people think of my problems with Egg ?
I have been in my IVA since March 2007 and I am in an IVA Variation since November 2010. I am unemployed and paying my IP £ 100 per month and it is up to date.

Do people think I am entitled to compensation or money award from Egg or not ?
I think I am entitled to this because the money which is in my IVA as it stands which is £ 10,841.01 which will cover my other creditor's debts in FULL including the supervisor's fee as well.
In October 2009, I got a PPI refund from Egg for £ 2020.01 which my IP paid me £ 500, but Egg did not pay the rest of my PPI to my IP and did NOT take off this £ 2020.01 from my loan. This amount was sold to bailiffs when they took off the remainder of my PPI.

Any advice would be great ...
