My bank has entered an 'intention to defend my claim'. Any advice on what I should be aware of with regards to the court proceedings. Pliz help.

Many banks defend the claim then pay up. Wait and see what their defence is.0

once they say they are going to defend the claim do you then have to wait a further 28 or 14?0

so your waiting a further 140 -
i got the aknowledgement of the claim on the 14th Nov and the intend to defend on the 16th so i gues another 2 weeks to go - does that seem about right?0
