Hi - there are 2 possible ways you could challenge the decision

    1) You're not supposed to be given an IPA after being discharged (the amount on an existing one can be changed though), which is why people are asking when/if you were discharged and when did the IPA start.

    2) Is the amount right, which is why people are asking for you to fill in a more detailed SOA form http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html. They won't allow the £200 for the family debt, but there might be other things that are not on your SOA but should be. You can then get an idea of if its worth going back to the OR and asking them to reconsider the amount they're asking you to pay.
Only after the last tree has been cut down,
Only after the last river has been poisoned,
Only after the last fish has been caught,
Only then will you find that money cannot be eaten
