Bankruptcy repayments - help!!

Hello!
I went Bankrupt last February. At the time I had no job and had debts that were around 25k.
Recently I've been contacted by my bankruptcy people again to register my new job and that its been over a year. I'm being paid £960 per month. They've requested I pay back £535 every month for 3 years because of this.
Thats nearly the cost of all my debt by the end of the 3 years – and theres no way I can pay such a large sum per month! I don't know if its because I didnt fill my outgoings form out correctly or if its because they looked at my last months pay which had a large backpayment in so it looked like I get paid £1205.
I've never written an appeal letter before, and I'm really shocked at the amount to pay back – any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you post your I&E and then people will be better able to help you.2019 MFW No. 74 £13700/£30000 (45.66%)
12k in 2018 No. 98 £6274.19/£18000 (34.85%)
BTL (start) £97440.00 (current) £68000.00
Residential (start) £275000.00 (current) £268000.000 -
are you now a discharged bankrupt? did you go br Feb 2011 or Feb 2010?0
-
No, I'm not discharged. I went bankrupt in 2010.
I&E : (Basic one, I can do one much more detailed)
Rent - £210
Electric/food/water/CT - £200
other bills (vets, perscriptions, etc.) - £75
travel - £100
And I'm currently paying a family debt of £200 a month back, I added this to the bottom but I don't know if they consider this or not.0 -
My total outgoings are £785 a month, I get paid £960 so £175 remaining.

Can you use this template for your I&E as it's easier for members to advise from that.
If you went BR in Feb 2010 then you should have been discharged automatically in Feb 2011. I guess you had an IPA put in place during your BR year and that's why you've had an amendment to the amount you have to pay.
When did you take out the family loan? If it was before BR then that should have been included and you would not be allowed to pay it back. If it's since BR then how much was it, why and can you not pay back less each month? When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

okay lets start at the start
are you in ngland or wales
When did you go bankrupt
if it was Feb 2010, why are you not discharged
When did you get the job and when did you inform the trustee
Is the Official Receiver the trustee or is there a private separate trusteeHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

I'm in england, I went bankrupt in Feb 2010 - I got my job in August 2010 and announced it to them but got no corrispondence in letter form until recently requested a reassesment of my I&E.
I have email proof I contacted them at the time of my job as well.
Its Official Reciever.
The person debt was before my bankruptcy, I've been paying it monthly since I've had a job and it cannot be lowered until August. I announced it on my bankruptcy as well and was informed by the OR that it wasnt anything they'd take into consideration as it was to my family but they were aware of it.
Just doing the other I&E form now.
I apologise I'm not very savvy at all with this, I'm quite new to internet forums and I'm very rubbish with money.

I think that you need to do what DI suggests and start at the beginning!
Also are you already paying an IPA or not, your posts are not too clear on that point, if you are when did it start?:pB&SC No. 298
