2sides i just love the idea that a MSEer's washing machine ate a credit card.:rotfl:

how much did you have to pay mse for that?

The machine is leaking and i'm kinda resigned to getting a new one but its soldiering on.

the rea lissue,of which the washing machine is a symptom, is what i want is to reach the end of the month without using the OD and with the credit cards down. Simples:eek:

    or not...

how do you predict that DS passing driving test will actually cost more in lessons (pass plus) i am aware this is a luxury but he has many disabilities and being able to drive would help. then DD's car dies and i land up financing train ticket and tank of petrol.

As the washing machine is in true MSE fashion not an emergency but bad budgeting. how do you people cope when you need a s*d's law account

    gag
  • These are obstacles on the way to the finish line. We just need to get over them and keep going even if we have to crawl over them. You'll make it in the end.:)

Well you're offline right now so maybe not, but sat in my living room as I type this is a bona fide washing machine engineer. PM me as much detail as you can on what it's doing/not doing and at what point in the cycle. He also wants to know the make and model and roughly how old (guess if you don't know). He says he should have a pretty good idea from that if there's any point you calling out the engineer, if it's something you can fix yourself (with a few spanners) or if it's likely to be really truly dead and done. Don't everyone PM me, it was with regard to this specific topic that I asked, he says he wont do it for everyone (it's his business after all).
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(
