Normally I would say nothing but good things about Next but not today. I bought a table online in the sale it was delivered yesterday still in box hubby to build it on Sunday cost £249 thought I had a bargain until I was online today and the same table is down a £100 to £149 I am just having a rant at losing out on £100 in a few days. Just my luck:(

When was it delivered? If within 7 working days and it's still boxed you can send it back under the DSRs and reorder a new one. You have to let them know in writing (email will do) within the 7 working days though.:j30/7/10:j

...or if still boxed etc.. and within 7 days, ask them if they will just refund the difference to save the hassle of returning yours and ordering a new one.0

try next clothing . . they are as bad. Everytime you buy shoes you have to take the boxes as well . . or they will refuse a refund if you have any cause for complaint and want to return them0

"They are as bad".
As bad as what?
The gist of the thread is that the OP bought a table in the sale, the following day it was reduced by a further £100.
The OP contacted Next and they agreed to refund her the £100.
Where's the 'bad' in that?0
