Toyota Auris Wiper Bolt cover

The cover above the bolt which attaches the wiper to the car came off whilst I was washing it 
Can I get a replacement for just that part? from where? does anyone know what the specific name for it is?
I also read on another topic about this not being abnormal usage so it shouldn't come off so easily - can I persaude Toyota to give me a new one for free? (though I doubt it will be expensive) (Car is under warranty but is a lease car)
