in Credit cards
I have been building up my stooze pot over time and have just got a nice new batch of cards. Sorting out the BTs and SBTs prompts me to ask if there is an easy way to keep track of it all especially at card changeover time? I use a spreadsheet which I set up - it is not very good! Has anyone cracked this?

I have my cards logged in the Tart Alert and DD for min payment and it's all logged in my spreadsheet but mine's fairly simple at the moment.HTH0

I just use a speadsheet. If you are after a reminder service to make sure that you don't miss changeover dates look at the top of the screen and click on "Tart Alert".0

I set up a checklist on the spreadsheet which prompts me to do stuff like set up the DDs, put a date in my diary 6 weeks before the offers run out, note any odd features of the card and so on.
My problem is more keeping track of the dosh as it moves from place to place and stopping it getting confused with "real" money as it passes through my bank account and sbt account. I probably make it more complicated for myself by using cap1 cheques for a lot of the moving around as that's also the credit card I use for purchases. Hope this makes sense!0 -
I've actually setup a second current account - Just to handle and pass through all the Stooze money... Also use this 2nd account to make all the min' payments etc.. - This way it's totally seperate from my money

I also like to keep things separate. I never mix purchases and BTs on a card (even if both are 0%), and my stooze pot sits in a savings account by itself. It keeps things simple.0

I like the idea of a separate bank account. That would definitely help and I will do it!
But I can't manage one stoozepot as it's split into maximum possible ISAs for me and for mr sleepless, a savings account and some premium bonds. It's a kind of "stoozing money fountain" apart from the PBs which are mainly for fun.0
