You DO NOT under any circumstances sign that "agreement".
Next have been doing this as previously Next had not been getting people to sign binding credit agreements, or they have lost the ones they did have.
Which in the cases where DMPs fail, or Next want to go to court, without that agreement they have been "stuffed" in quite a few cases.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Another example ---> Strange reply from Next asking for signed credit agreement on existing account (DMP)
I would stress, that there is no need for you to sign anything Next send you, especially any agreement.
Refuse to do so. In fact probably best to just ignore such requests.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Next are trying to get you to pay more and/or break the DMP.
Send a copy to PayPlan (retain the original, unsigned) as they may not have been supposed to deal with you directly; I seem to recall that direct contact with a debtor on a DMP is contrary to OFT guidance.0 -

It is.
Seems to be routinely ignored though, with little or no comeback.:(Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
