Mould

The house we are renting has mould on every window seal. Most Windows have blown.
I have tried to keep this at bay by using a solution of water and bleach and it does clean it but it comes back again. I try and keep the place well ventilated and very rarley dry washing around the house.
Does anyone have any other ideas as to how I can keep this at bay.
