I have worked in a call centre myself, so I don't get as mad as most when my call goes through to an offshore call centre, they're just people that need to earn money like the rest of us do. But I wish they wouldn't try and palm us off with English sounding names lol, we (the majority of us) aren't that stupid surely. :rotfl:
