I have just signed up to btbroadband with anytime calls but have now been told I did not sign up to the 3 months free, I have made several calls and they have partially sorted it out, but not entirely, I have just received a bill as follows:-
Broadband and Calls
31 Mar - 13 May 11
This is the cost of your Package at £16.00 a month, charged in advance from
31 Mar 2011 to 13 May 2011. This gives you:
and a credit note for £ 48.00 for the 'corrected' 3 months free, but if you take it away from the charge above it only leaves me with £24.77, I should not have been charged for the broadband anytime package in the first place if it was free for 3 months, could the BTRep please sort this out for me??????????
thanks
