I don't remember this??!!

no
I'm not sure exactly what I'd say to them and I prefer to keep things in writing so I know exactly what's been said. My memory isn't the best and I'd forget if I phoned them up

1) Read through this link to see what OFT guidelines they have broken: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2992820
2) If you want to write again, then tell them that:
- You do not owe this debt.
- They have not provided any proof as requested. Not surprising, as none can exist.
- That you will be complaining to the OFT and trading standards and starting a complaint to the FOS.
- That every time they make a further unjustified demand for payment, you will be making a fresh complaint.
- Should they attempt legal action, then you will put them to proof of the debt and bring their deliberate lack of response to your legitimate requests and dispute to the attention of the court.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

How does this sound???
To whom it may concern
You have contacted me regarding two accounts shown above that you claim are owed by myself. I would like to point out as in my previous letters dated 9th April and 11th May that I do not owe this debt.
The “Office of Fair Trading Debt Collection Guidance” states that it is unfair to send demands for payment to an individual when it is uncertain that they are the debtor in question:
“ 2.7 Dealings with debtors are not to be deceitful and/or unfair.
2.8 Examples of unfair practices are as follows:
i. failing to investigate and/or provide details as appropriate, when a debt is queried or disputed, possibly resulting in debtors being wrongly pursued”
I am aware that you have provided details of my supposed transactions. However I have not received any actual proof that I myself owe these debts, as I have requested on more than one occasion. I have not been able to correlate any of the supposed payments shown on your provided statements with any payments from my bank. You claim the action of inserting a SIM card and usage of equipment is taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions of the contract. Thus there will be a contract and I can't see why I’m not entitled to a copy of it.
I will be complaining to the Office of Fair Trading and trading standards, and starting a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Ignoring and/or disregarding claims that debts are disputed and continuing to make unjustified demands for payment amounts to physical/psychological harassment.
“The Office of Fair Trading
Physical/psychological harassment
2.5 Putting pressure on debtors or third parties is considered to be oppressive.
2.6 Examples of unfair practices are as follows:
a. contacting debtors at unreasonable times and at unreasonable intervals
c. using more than one debt collection business at the same time resulting in repetitive and/or frequent contact by different parties”
Every time you (or Lowell) make a further unjustified demand for payment, I will be making a fresh complaint against you.
I would ask that no further contact be made concerning the above accounts unless you can provide actual evidence as to my liability for the debts in question. Furthermore, should you attempt legal action, then I will still ask for proof of the debts and bring your deliberate lack of response to my legitimate requests and disputes to the attention of the court
I await your written confirmation that these matters are now closed.
Yours Faithfully0
