Just to update you all I sent an email to James Murdoch at Sky on Friday telling him about the awful service,got an email this am with a free service call arranged for Friday to sort out the problem.0 -
Interested to see how long this works for; I suppose even the thousands of us who read this site (+Digitalspy, AVForums etc.) still make up a small percentage of p*ssed off Sky customers...Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

Your Sky Box Is Yours After 12 Months , If You Cancell Subscription With Out 1 Months Notice You Will Be Chaced For The Unpaid Month , Why Dont You Call Some One Out Of The PaPer To Take Alook If Its Serious Dont Mend It And Buy A Free View If Its A Small Fault Get Him To Fix It But Emailing Mr M I Think Is A Waste Of Time0
