Hi
A friend sold his house last September. I am keen to see what he got for it (he boasted he got over the asking price - but this is in an area where houses just aren't sellling) However, I can't find it listed on mouseprice.com.
Why would it not be listed? Would it not be included yet? The house is listed with the price he paid in 2006. Any ideas?
Many thanks

I bought my house and the price appeared 2 months later. My neighbours house took a month or so longer... I think but it may have felt like that while I kept checking to see who got the better price!0

Bought via a company? Paperwork not yet submitted? I think you may request that the details are not published ... anyone know for sure?Hi

Have seen similar where all flats (4) in one house were sold to one person to convert back to one house. two appeared in the LR and the other two did not.0 -
Thanks. It's a regular house and they sold to a couple who moved straight in. Doesn't seem to be anything 'different' about it ...0

Try Zoopla0

I think it just may be mouseprice haven't updated their records! My parents house doesnt show on there and they moved six years ago, yet it shows on all the other similar websites.0

Thanks all. I have tried on many sites now (including Zoopla) and it doesn't show. I don;t want to have to shell out £4 - especially as it possibly won't show too!0

It certainly won't show if you shell out £4 - that pays for the title plan or register entry - which doesn't include sale price!0

I bought last march..got hold of the house in aug...it is still not on the land registry...wonder why?It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
