I brought this plant off ebay last year and it arrived so small and no lable so i put it in a tub and forgot about it and its grown into a lovely plant full of flowers the wildlife have been loving it especialy a robin .. The leaves are slightly hairy to touch .. no smell to the flower..

... and a 3rd vote for honesty. If you know any flower arrangers, they may want the seed heads when they appear. They are lovely, but seed all over the place!0

I am surprised to hear it doesn't have a smell! Usually honesty has a lovely fragrance at night. Check it early evening to see if it has a lovely smell.

Yes you mean the bowes mauve.
