Then they are breaching the DPA as the information can only be retained and used for the purpose for which it was collected.
Your point is NOT relevant as the company cannot access information on family members unless there are already links on the file.:hello:0 -
You really need to learn how a lot of companies research new applicants unofficially withiout leaving a paper trail
