Anyone taking LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) & Double Dose?

I have been taking LDN for ME/CFS & Fibromyalgia for the last year after getting over the initial side effects and really slowly onto the full dose I have never felt any benefit from it.
I carried on for so long as I have read about some people getting benefit after a long time of being on it. I recently read about taking a "double dose" suggested by pharmacist Stephen Dickson so I am trying that before I come off it - unless it helps (fingers crossed!

I was just wondering what other peoples experiences of LDN are has anyone else tried taking 2 x 4.5mg a day and found that it helped when taking one dose hadn't previously helped?
