Repairing windows

Hi,
Not too sure who to call so I'm sure a helpful forumite can help me.
I have two double glazed windows that need repairing.
The first is a tilt and turn window which isn't catching at one of the corners when you tilt it, so only ends up being attached at one corner  So I need someone to fix the window so it catches again
The second is the locks on my kitchen window are done (one's fell out, one's locked shut and we don't have the key) but they're the types of locks that sit on the frame of the window, rather than an integrated part of the window. Don't know if this can be fixed, but there's nothing wrong with the window otherwise.
I'm completely unsure who to call to fix them? Do window repair people exist? Do I need a joiner? Help!

Either try a double glazing company or a dg repair company.0

The tilt and turn window may just need adjusting as the screws holding all the bits together can come loose and "slip" great idea but a bar steward when they go wrong.
Are the locks in the handles?0 -
With regards the tilt and turn window, as above could be screws are loose and jummped some teeth, may have dropped and need re-glazed, possible broken gearing or tilt plate has broken. Call a D/G repair company £65 max i'd reckon based on what you've said without seeing it. If the handles are cockspur handles don't try to repair them, buy new ones, measure from the base to the underside of the nose that closes onto the frame, that is the stack you require, normally come in 9mm, 13mm, 15mm,17mm and 21mm. 9,15 and 21 being most common. With regards price about £ 3-£5 each. Normally their fixed on by screws but sometimes pop rivets. Hope this helps a little0

tilt and turn windows can be removed by taking the hinge pins out.
then you can fix the operating/locking bar. from the side edge.
as above for handles etc. they are dirt cheap and simple to replace.Get some gorm.0 -
Thank you everyone! Didn't even know there was such a thing as double glazing repair people (though thinking about it, it makes sense). Glad I'll be able to get them fixed rather than having to buy new units :T0
