I just found this competition which looks really cool and its free to enter. The closing date for enteries is midnight (UK GMT time) on May 4th 2011

This month we are launching a bright new competition to welcome in the start of spring.
We are offering all of those stuck in the office this spring the chance to brighten up their surroundings by winning some colourful office furniture or £20 off a piece of original artwork from a burgeoning new artist.

To enter all you need to do is snap a photo on your cameraphone or digital camera of the view from your office window and email it to us at: [EMAIL="theview@btoffice.com"]theview@btoffice.com[/EMAIL]. You don’t need to be a pro, what you lack in photographic ability you can make up for in originality!

We want to know who has the best view in the UK, it can be industrial, floral, funny or iconic, this your chance to make us all jealous!

The winner will receive this colourful, high spec office chair worth over £200 which is available in blue or orange. Perfect for leaning back and enjoying your winning view.

The runner up will receive a voucher for £20 off a piece of art from the South West Artwork Shop (SWA CIC), ideal for brightening up the office wall.

The winner will be judged by Laura Mulhern from SWA CIC and will be announced on May 5th.

How to take part:
Take a creative snap of the view from your office window and email it to us at: [EMAIL="theview@btoffice.com"]theview@btoffice.com[/EMAIL]
Remember to include the title and your Twitter alias in the subject line in your email so we can thank you for your image!

Your photo will then be published on Flickr as well as Facebook and Twitter.

Who may enter
The competition is only open to UK residents.

Conditions of entry
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Limitations on entry
Participants are entitled to one prize which will be announced on 12pm 5th May 2011. The closing time for entries is Midnight on May 4th 2011.

How to enter and selection of winners
In order to enter participants must email their image to us at the address given about with their contact details in the email body and their Twitter user name and image title in the subject line.
The Winner will be selected at random and the winning criteria will not be revealed beforehand.

Prizes
All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes unclaimed after a period of one month from the date of notification of the winner may be forfeited and used by the Promoter at the discretion of the Promoter. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for any lost or misdirected mail.

Notification of winners
Winners and runners up will be notified via a direct message on Twitter and via email. They will be required to fill out a form giving their name, email address, UK postal address, Twitter username and verification code.

Entries
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. The closing date for enteries is midnight (UK GMT time) on May 4th 2011. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is taken for late or misdirected email.

Hi Destruct Thanks for the comp. Can you add an end date to your title please and also the word EFFORT. To change the title, click edit, click go advanced and then you can add the end date at the beginning, like this:

Hi Forum Police

I was just changing the layout so it was easier to read. I also changed the title so it was more informative. The end date is listed at the bottom of the post, but I will add it near the top. Thanks

All titles need to be laid out the same to enable people to find then easily - also, if you do not add an end date to your title the comp will be moved to Game Over.

The title has been changed.

Have you not got guidelines for adding a competiton? I have only ever added freebies.
