Applied for a santander isa about 4 days ago and still no email from them. How long does it normally take.

I applied for two accounts (for self plus OH) on Saturday 2 April and received emails 13 hours apart on Friday 8th, obviously that period covers both the end of one tax year and the start of the next so must be something like the peak of their traffic....

Edit: forgot to add that we have/had Santander Zero CC and A&L ISA accounts but not actually Santander online banking, which might have sped things along?

As an existing customer, I applied for this two weeks ago, and have still heard nothing from them, and there's no sign of the account on my online banking screen. I phoned them to chase it up a few days ago, but still nothing.
I can see that my transfer of last year's ISA from them has just been done now, so it's Adios Santander.

It being the new tax year thought I'd open an ISA with Santander online. Enter your email it said - I tried four, a .eu, my hotmail account, a .co.uk and another .eu - all refused. Evetually it accepted an address I don't normally use and the application was accepted. I'm still awaiting anything further from Santander.

I'll call them I thought - but it's all 0845 numbers so I pay them to report a fault in their system. I don't think so. So I sent them an email. Still waiting for a reply.

These guys just aren't the trouble - I'm going to put my money elsewhere.

Well never did get an email from them about the isa but now it shows up on my screen when I log in

but I applied for esaver 3 last week and just received an email to say my account is up and running but is not on my screen when I log in.

    Most confusing.

Re Loyalty ISA - I am an existing customer (cash ISA), but it seems that this is not an 'investment product', which has to have been "running for 5.5yrs", "per FSA" ?!
