3 day Detox Retreat (5 venues to choose from)

Received a call last night to say I had won a 3 day retreat at one of 5 venues, so excited will be great to try and loose some wait before my brothers wedding.

The retreat is an intensive fasting programme which enables guests to detox away from it all in a discreet, luxurious and pampering environment under professional guidance. The programme delivers immediate results including weight loss, reduced stress, clearer skin, boosted energy levels and improved sleep.
