how to send a motorbike leather jacket?

i'm going to list my other half's motorbike leather jacket on ebay tonight and i just wondered what would be the best way to send it  (then i can make sure i quote the right p&p price). i usually send things recorded but i think that i'll have to put this in a box as it is quite bulky. it weighs about 3.5kg.

any advise appreciated

  • How much will it be worth approx? Probably best to send it parcel force and then add on extra compenstation if over £32 3 - 5 days delivery. Alternativley could advertise special delivery which will be approx £18 guaranteed next day and £500 compensation.

    Hiya,
    Check out https://www.parcel2go.com
I think that you could send it for less than £8 on a 2/3 day delivery.

    HTH :)

  • Royal Mail Standard Parcels would be £7.70 if the packed weight is 4kg or less, or £8.74 if over 4kg.
