Barclays free 2GB Ipod nano

Anyone else got a leaflet (as a Barclaycard customer) offering a free ipod nano for opening Barclays account?
Loads of specific things I need to fulfill but think I can do these so opened an account today showing them the leaflet but don't think I stressed enough about checking the ipod offer was going through. So phoned someone at Barclays who said he'd never heard of the offer.
Shall I try ringing again to speak to someone else or wait for the paperwork to come through and see what happens? Anyone else doing this offer?
