Has anyone had dealings with this insurance company. Had to make a claim cause we had our horse put down. Company trying to get out of paying . been with the company 13 years never made a claim before.

What is the reason of their denying. As you are with that company from last 13 years that means you have good dealing relation with that company.
Try to consult it. You have right to claim if you will not getting the facilities.0
