Long story but will make it as brief as possible. Over 5 years ago I lived with one other student, we were both in our final year of our university degrees and lived in a rented property. At the start of the academic year we sent our student registration certificates to Southwark Council to claim exemption from Council…

I guess that is when the rot set in and I started getting "while you were out" cards from Royal Mail inviting me to go to the building round the back of the post office to collect a packet, because someone could not be bothered to walk up to the house and ring the door bell ?
Well that is only a 3 mile round trip.

When Parcelforce pull the same trick it is a 25 mile round trip.
