Electricity Usage:
15/1/2011 - 14/3/2011 = 2836
Thats 2836kwh in 58days or 48.89kwh/day. Given that there are only 24hrs in a day you are using elec at the rate of 2kw/hr. The use that much you either have loads and I mean loads of small appliances on 24/7 or you have something like an immersion heater that is using high current.
Given that the weather was very bad at the begining of the year you didnt use something like an electric fan heater for hours on end did you?
In your position I would be reading the meter several times a day and see if the load (average per hour) is constant or spiking. Given the rate you have been using it and with the 1/10ths reading is should be fairly easy to see. Forget the monitor, use the meter.
Have you tried switching everything off and checked the meter stops?IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.
