This is to buy and budget is upto 300k
ideally 3 beds and garden
advice all good so far,
you may struggle in that budget to buy north of Woodford station.
Consider Buckhurst Hill? Cant tell you why Roding Valley should be suspect. Do avoid Broadmead Estate and close to it.Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Hello - We viewed the two properties. Liked the area and the houses, however decided the area wasnt for us. We quite keen on Forest Hill and so have decided to stick to looking at properties in this area.

What about Highams park? There are a few houses up for sale within walking distance of the station and its a nice quiet area.0

I lived in Highams Park
Moved out 3 weeks ago. It had more of a London feel than say Chingford, but it suited me. There's not much there, but I liked the feel of the place. Certain roads to avoid, so if you do consider it, ask for views. A lot of the east side of the railway track (level crossing) falls into Woodford Green. Quite a good senior school in Highams Park (to the best of my knowledge).
