THE PHONE LINE AT MY ADDRESS WAS MY MUMS I PHONED BT TOLD THEM MUM HAD DIED I WAS TAKING IT OVER AND GOING WITH SKY THE PEOPLE IN THE FLAT UPSTAIRS HAD A NEW PHONE LINE INSTALLATION YESTERDAY OPEN REACH ENGINEERS WERE HERE FOR 5 HOURS THIS MORNING I DISCOVERED I HAD A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER THAT'S EASY TO SORT U THINK 24 PHONE CALLS LATER I WAS STILL NOWHERE BECAUSE SKY WAS JUST ABOUT TO TAKE MY LINE OVER THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING THE ONLY REASON I PERSEVERED WAS MY BROADBAND WITH SKY HAD TO BE CUTOFF AS I HAD A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER I MIGHT ADD SKY WERE BRILLIANT TRYING TO HELP ME BT SAID IT WASN'T A BT LAND LINE TURNS OUT IT IS SO I CHANGED TACTICS I JUST WANTED TO SPEAK TO AN ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON I PHONED AND SAID I HAVE A NEW BT LANDKLINE THAT HAS NO CONTRACT THAT I WONT PAY FOR UNLESS I GET A SUPERVISOR GOT A LOVELY CHAP IN SALES WHO COULDN'T STOP LAUGHING HE ADMITTED THERE MISTAKE AN ENGINEER WOULD TAKE THREE WEEKS OR JUST LEAVE IT YOU SEE I HAVE TO HAVE SKY BROADBAND SET UP ALL OVER AGAIN AS IT IS NEW NUMBER I ACTUALLY GOT THE PHONE NO INTENDED FOR UPSTAIRS THEY HAVE A NUMBER THAT CAN MAKE CALLS GETS SKY BROADBAND BUT CANT GET INCOMING CALLS THE NO ACCORDING TO BT DOES NOT EXIST SO IVE LEFT IT AS IT IS MY MAGER MOAN IS NO BROADBAND FOR 3 WEEKS AND I HAVE 5 GRANDSONS STAYING im just going to leave it till sky tAKES IT OVER BUT WHAT A NIGHTMARE

Please do not use block capitals for a whole post. It is just unreadable and most people will just ignore you.

And punctuate and write in sentences too. OK, you are not at school, so you don't have to do it, unless you want people to read and understand.
