Lost my iHerb order, they will not refund me

Hi,
I thought I would ask just in case. I've been ordering supplements from iHerb (US supplement website) since 2009 (I live in the UK). Recently two of my orders did not arrive. I contacted iHerb when the first package did not turn up and they refunded me. Now it has happened again, another package has not turned up but they refuse to refund me or send out the order again.
It says on their website that packages are not insured. Do I have any rights or do I have to go out of pocket despite me not having the goods I ordered?
Thanks

Yes, I would get trading standards involved and tell them to get in touch with their American Colleagues. Rogue sites like these need closing down. Is that what you want to hear?

Can I do this or are you just telling me what I want to hear?0 -
Try raising a complaint on the US Better Business Bureau It works sometimes !"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

US company, so you don't get Eurpoean protective laws to help you out sadly.0

But you still get the consumer credit act (sect 75), so if you paid with a credit card you should contact your card issuer and inform them that you wish to make a sect 75 claim.
If you paid via paypal, you can also open a non received dispute with them.0 -

I got really snotty with them and they now agree to refund me. I will not be purchasing from them again though, I cannot risk another lost order.0
