He lives 200 miles away so we can't just pop round and reset everything.
I am an activity coordinator at a care home in Dorset. We have 3 of these computers and I have one of the laptops.I find them very easy to use. Most of our residents are 80+ .The tutorials are great for an initial introduction and they are much easier to explain than a conventional computer. We have residents using skype and e-mail,as well as browsing the web.The large keyboard is much easier for those with arthritis or sight problems. I would thoroughly recommend them.0
