Dead Lawnmower

I 've got a Bosch Rotak electric mower, and I've been out in the garden using it.

My garden is huge, and my grass is long and somehow I managed to mow some plastic string stuff, and the mower has died.

It's got a cutout feature which has stopped it in its tracks before, and it usuallly restarts after a few minutes, but this happened a couple of hours ago.

I've changed the fuse, and tried plugging it in directly to the socket without the circuit breaker etc, but it''s showing no signs of life whatsoever.

Does anyone know if it can be revived?

Does the rotor blade spin freely or is it jammed ? Perhaps their is still some string wrapped around the shaft

No, I've removed all the string and it turns quite easily.

When I try to start it up, it doesn't even try - there's nothing at all, as if it wasn't plugged in.
