Disability with tribunal for hirschsprungs

just wondered if anyone has claimed dla for a child with hirschsprungs disease i have facebook friends with HD children and claim dla but i have been turned down 3 times and its now t a tribunal i have 3 boys 2 with hirschsprungs they need 24 hour care and is very difficult and expensive i have been trying for dla for 7 months now after my health visitor told me to apply after having my 2nd hd child i wasnt aware i could clim but now i have tried im getting no luck the tribunal isnt a oral hearing and just wondered what the chances are with winning the tribunal. if nobody know what hd is baically cells dont grown on intestines stopping child from passing a stool both my boys didnt pass maconium and had operation to remove half large intesting at a few weeks old my eldest who is 4 has soiled himself since he was otty trained and is bathed 3 times a day and most nights twice a night he is on a list for amother operation to try and help him with his continence needs and is on suppositore for know to try and regulate him my 7 month old had more intestin removed and poos 15 plus times a day has extremle sore bum and needs clothes changed and bathing at least 6 time a day i spend £75 a week on nappies creams wipes and pants thats without every month have to replace bedding and clothes. the school is involved with my eldest and has shower at school when needed. i sent the dla letters from their surgeon stating that it is a life condition and from health visitor confirming im telling the truth a 3 day diary of what my childrens life is like and whitness statments from my friends and family. the dla had a nurse review my youngest son who stated on the reaon for being turned down my son with be fully recovered by june 2011 which lef5 me outraged as my 4 year old hasnt recovered yet i feel i have provided them with everything i have and not sure what else to do
