free parking welsh back, bristol

i am going to bristol on sunday and will be going to the glassboat restaurant on welsh back. where can i park for free? i have looked on the internet at the NCP car aprk close by and it's like £10.50 for 2-4 hours! :eek:
can any locals tell me somewhere free to park? i'm guessing there must be somewhere as it will be a sunday.
