Having issues with an on-line order with this company. Still early days (ordered 5 days ago), but am getting more and more concerned as time goes on. They don't reply to emails, and have a very unhelpful manner on the telephone (eg they usually want to call you back, as they claim they are not near a computer and cannot see your order details). They claim to dispatch goods within 3 days, or notify of any issues asap, but I have heard nothing from them...

    I received part of the order a week after it was placed.
    I am now awaiting the final item - 24 days on... Have just telephoned, again, to chase it up, but they promised to ring me back when they had looked it up on their computer... needless to say, they haven't called.

    Although their prices look very attractive, I would avoid making an order unless you are prepared to wait for your goods. Perhaps better to spend your money with a company that does actually carry stock rather than try to order in from suppliers once a customer places an order. Don't be fooled by their web-site - it's far too slick - remember they are just a small shop in Stockport.

    Have now received my complete order. Although the last item was initially sent in the wrong colour, to their credit, they did dispatch a correct colour replacement the following day! However, I am now left with having to return the incorrect item.
    The company does appear to be aware of its problems and is trying hard to resolve its issues, so if they have the product you are looking for at a very competitive price, and you can wait, they could save you a few pounds.
