Hi,
I recently bought some tickets for Take That's tour in June. I dont have the tickets yet as they have not been released but just found out the company I got them from have gone into liquidation
Does anyone know if I am able to claim the money back from the company (£250) or is the purchase covered/insured by the credit card company?
Thanks,
Mike

If you have some documentary proof that the seller has ceased trading and that you won't get your tickets, your card issuer can action a chargeback for you straight away. If you don't you'll have to wait until after the date of the event before they can do this. Contact your card issuer, you won't get the money back from anyone else !0

if you search the company on company house, it will say straight awayDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Depends whether they were a limited company or not. Plus your card issuer will need something to prove that the retailer is no longer able to provide you with the tickets, if you can't provide this you'll have to wait until after the event then claim for non receipt of the tickets.0

A ticket agency I bought tickets from went bust, but we and everyone else, still got the tickets for the event via the administrator.
Not sure if this is the case in this instance, could depend on how large the company was (in my case it was quite a large agency) but the tickets may still be issued.0
