Named drivers using NCB on their second car?

My wife & I have had a car for 5 years. It's been insured with various people, no crashes and we now have 5 years NCB. I am the policyholder and she is a named driver (and has been from the start).
My wife bought her car last year. She now has 1 years NCB. She is the policyholder and I am a named driver.
(It's beginning to sound like a school maths problem
)
Is there any way for her to get credit for the NCB on the first car when insuring the second? Although I drove it more, she still drove 60% of the time.
Direct Line is a no-go on this one. Although they do precisely this, you have to have had a First Direct policy on the first car for the NCB period in question, which seems a little strict.
I'll have a scout through the forum, but I thought I'd ask first.
Thanks.

You drove it more yet she drove it 60% of the time? Direct Line and First Direct?0 -
Yep, brain freeze. 40% her, Direct Line.
Just finished scanning the forum. Keith1950 said "I have had it mirrored with Admiral/Elephant, Morethan and Churchill/RBS Group". No luck with most of them in my case, but Admiral were excellent - the credit they gave for 5 years named NCB brought the new car's premium down from £414 with Aviva to £335.0 -
Hi, I have always found Admiral very good in the first year but the renewals tend to come in much dearer, however its always worth ringing to haggle as they usually reduce it to within a few pounds of the first year. I tend to swop every other year between Admiral and Churchill and have managed to decrease the premium over the last few years. In my case it is slightly more straightforward as I am the sole user on both cars, however this year I managed to get both cars for a total premium of around £360 with £45 cashback through Quidco.0
