I ordered quite a few items the other week and 2 items arrived damaged. One was a moringa soap which was scuffed and chipped because the packaging was ripped and the other item was the passionfruit cleansing gel which had 2 inches of fluid missing, but there appeared to be no leak.

I emailed The Body Shop and they sent me a replacement. Whilst this might not sound amazing, I was very pleased with the speed that they dealt with the issue.

I'm just pleased I've stumbled upon this thread, because I love their passionfruit cleansing gel but thought they'd stopped doing it years ago. Is it just online? I don't see it in the shops.

It's online, yes but be quick. Apparently they may stop doing it soon.

I ordered some products a few weeks ago for mother's day, and took advantage of the 50% off. The items didn't arrive, but I was refunded as soon as I notified them.
