Tesco Direct Complaint

First time post everyone and really looking for some advice.
I ordered 3 beds from Tesco direct on Monday 28th March and delivery set for Saturday 2nd April.
Delivery arrived but there were parts missing from my kingsize bed.
I called customer service to advise and they send they would send me a hardware pack and a full exchange for Thursday incase the hardware pack didn't contain everything.
The hardware pack was due to arrive on Tuesday, still no sign. Full exchange received this morning and the same parts are missing.
I had obviously put my old bed outside as there was no room for 2 in the house so couldn't use it due to the rain.
I am 7 months pregnant and Tesco suggest I sleep on the mattress on the floor. I don't think so.
5 days later still no bed and I am getting no where with Customer service.
Any suggestions on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Sleep on one of the other beds...only kidding.
Keep badgering them...its the only way to get anything to happen in this country these days...One day some company will do what they say they will do and charge a fair charge.:T
Not doing the opposite of that which they promise and charge you a fortune for the privileged.

I have been badgering them all day but still getting nowhere.
The hardware pack has been sent to the wrong address and they still don't see that they have failed!

I wouldnt dop that...your pregnant women...look after your self a bit better...honestly...lolOne day some company will do what they say they will do and charge a fair charge.:T
