Have any of you any recent experience of ukbathroomstore.co.uk ?

The prices are excellent, but I have no idea of their customer service and find no online reviews

    Too late for OP.

    Just made a perfectly reasonable enquiry to clarify price/product description and was told that I was basically incompetent, that the description was accurate, it wasn't it was misleading (doubt it was deliberate) IMO.

    Pointed out that I was just trying to make a purchase as a new customer - operative was insolent and couldn't care - happily gave me the MDs name to complain:silenced:

    I know this is quite old, but was wondering if anyone else have any recent experience with this company.

    Looking to order a Electric Shower from them.

    I'm looking between Bella Bathroom and UK Bathroom Store

    Maybe a bit late (again), but I've had a positive experience with ukbathroomstore.co.uk.

    I bought some Roper Rhodes bathroom furniture from them last year, and recently had a fault with the soft close toilet seat. They sent a replacement, no questions asked. This was just done via email, so I don't have any comments on phone support.

    I will be using them again.
