Hi Meliat - just been having a look through my court bundle for you. Companies House just gives you the details of the firm, where they trade, who the directors are etc. The place I mean is the Registry of Judgements. Orders and Fines.
Also funny enough, my lappy died completely with all my photos on it. Took it into a PC specialist and they retrived them all from somewhere in the system. Don't ask me where and how 'cos I'm not technically minded.....
Oh and to report the surveyor go to RICs - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

which Bellways are you dealing with East Midlands or the other one?

We had a pain getting Bellway to deal with problems and staff would say one thign then do another

The customer care department are a joke, the list is endless for works outstanding, appointments are neve kept, nobody has a clue.

Hope that you finally got the problems with Bellway Homes Ltd, resolved.

I bought a Bellway ONE BEDROOM Semi-detached house in September 1987 for £66,500. They used ultra thin 2 millimetre glass in the softwood window frames and the front door was out of true. But only the whole I got off quite lightly compared with yourself and a lot of others who have had to take them to court.
