need advice on selling please

hi,hoping for a bit of advice im in ni and im tring to sell my house, it has been on the market for four years and my last viewers were in dec.i have it on with two estate agents one of which has my partners house for sale with them as he is also tring to sell. my house was on the market originally at £260 and is now down to £165, i think it is quite a reasonable price its a detached 3-4 bedroom housein a nice area, the only prob with it is that there is a pile on down the street and the wires run down the road outside my house.my partners house is in need of mordernisation tho its also at a quite reasonble price it had been sold last year but the sale fell through.was hoping to hear how viewings etc r going for the rest of you and also should i be getting my estate agent to do more for me its so hard as this is going on too long now and im at my wits end!!! any info advice i would be so gratefull for!!:(

House prices in NI are falling around 10% a year. The only thing I can suggest is take another big chunk off the price and get ahead of the Market.
